Amanda Kuiper is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Heffernan Network, where she oversees daily operations and provides strategic support to a growing portfolio of subsidiary agencies. Amanda began her insurance career in 2008 as a producer at Heffernan and later expanded her role into account management and leadership as the Small Business Operations Manager for SelectSolutions. As part of a merger, she went on to spend five years in a leadership role at Patra, where she focused on improving business operations for insurance brokerages nationwide. She returned to Heffernan in 2022, bringing with her a deep understanding of operational strategy, team development, and scalable growth.
Amanda resides in the beautiful Napa Valley wine country with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, staying active outdoors, and cheering on her daughters at their soccer games.
