Jayme Beals is the Director of Strategic Operations at Heffernan Network, bringing over 20 years of experience in building strong operational foundations that support growth and efficiency. She leads the training and support team, oversees key technology platforms including Epic, Indio, and CSR24, and manages system migrations across the organization. Jayme also develops and maintains streamlined workflows that help both internal teams and affiliate agencies work smarter. She plays a key role in managing partnerships that drive operational improvements and consistency across the Network.
